Your massage table is warmed and prepared with nice linens in a comfortable and quiet room. Once on the table, you are offered a choice of fragrant essential oils to enhance your sensory experience. Your massage session begins and for the next 70 minutes you receive a professional therapeutic massage using healthy, high quality jojoba oil (free of parabens, pesticides, and other harmful synthetic additives) or organic massage cream, that includes your back, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, neck, face, and scalp.  Your massage will help to relax your central nervous system, alleviate aches and pains, aid in digestion, bring oxygen to your body's tissues, flush toxins and metabolic wastes, improve your sleep, and enhance your immune system. When your session is done, you will feel rested and renewed.

The degree of pressure you can receive in your massage ranges from light to reasonably deep, but if you are seeking the type of massage that requires excessively deep work usually associated with sports injury treatment, it is recommended that you seek out a therapist who specializes in this type of treatment. Every effort is made to respect your privacy and modesty through the use of professional draping techniques during your massage. Your session is intended to enhance your overall health in an environment in which you and your massage therapist can feel safe and secure.

While therapeutic massage is generally safe and very beneficial, there are some health conditions that are contraindications for massage or which require a light touch.  If you have any health conditions, you are highly encouraged to check with your physician prior to scheduling a session. At your first session, you will be asked to complete a health intake form and it is your responsibility to advise your massage therapist of any and all health conditions and contraindications noted by your physician. Your massage therapist reserves the right to deny services if she feels there is any risk to you or herself.

$65           70 minutes                  

$195         Three 70 minute sessions prepaid.
$370         Six 70 minute sessions prepaid (includes a 5% discount).
$700        Twelve 70 minute sessions prepaid (includes a 10% discount).

Payments must be made by cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted.

Availability & Scheduling:

It is recommended to schedule your Therapeutic Massage at least a week in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will be asked to pay in full for cancellations made within 24 hours.
